Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy

By accessing or using Lyra-Sha AI / NovaVerse Platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, subscribers, and visitors of https://www.lyrashaai.com.

Lyra-Sha AI / NovaVerse Platform provides AI-powered virtual assistant services, digital content tools, brand-building resources, and subscription-based products to entrepreneurs, small business owners, and content creators. Services are provided on a subscription basis through our platform.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Adult Content and Services: You may not use the Service to create, upload, distribute, sell, promote, or monetize content that contains nudity, explicit sexual acts, adult audio or video chat, subscriber-only explicit imagery, or any other sexually explicit material. This prohibition applies regardless of whether the content is behind a paywall or otherwise restricted. The Service is strictly for professional, educational, and business-oriented use.
• Violent Extremism: You may not use the Service to create, publish, distribute, promote, or celebrate content that engages in, encourages, glorifies, or incites unlawful violence or hatred toward any individual or group based on race, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, immigration status, or any other immutable characteristic. Content that promotes, funds, or facilitates terrorist organizations or extremist ideologies is expressly prohibited.
• Intellectual Property Infringement: You may not use the Service to create, distribute, sell, or monetize content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, or other proprietary rights. This includes reproducing, copying, or distributing copyrighted material without proper authorization or a valid license.
• Copyright-Infringing Content: You may not use the Service to generate, publish, or distribute content that violates copyright law. Uploading, sharing, or monetizing copyrighted works — including text, images, music, audio recordings, video, software, or other creative works — without the rights owner's explicit permission is strictly forbidden. This includes but is not limited to leaked music albums, films, books, or other protected media.
• Proprietary Rights Violations: You may not use the Service to misappropriate trade secrets, violate confidentiality agreements, or infringe upon any proprietary rights belonging to third parties or to Lyra-Sha AI / NovaVerse Platform.
• Engaging in fraud, deception, phishing, or impersonation
• Transmitting spam, malware, or harmful code
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Collecting user data without consent
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Reselling or sublicensing access without written permission

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate termination of your account, without refund, and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

Lyra-Sha AI / NovaVerse Platform maintains active and passive content moderation capabilities to enforce this Acceptable Use Policy:

• Active Detection: All user inputs submitted to the AI assistant are processed through automated content filtering. Requests that match prohibited categories — including adult/explicit content, violent extremism, and hate speech — are automatically blocked and do not result in AI-generated output. This filtering occurs at the application layer before any content is generated or stored.
• User Agreement Enforcement: All users are required to affirmatively agree to this Acceptable Use Policy before accessing the Service. This agreement is logged at account creation.
• Abuse Reporting: Users may report policy violations at any time to hello@lyrashaai.com. Reports are reviewed within 2 business days.
• Account Review: We reserve the right to review, restrict, or terminate any account found to be in violation of these policies, including through automated flags and manual review.

These measures apply to all service tiers. The Service does not provide any mechanism for users to bypass content filtering or host prohibited content.

All content, branding, software, tools, templates, and materials provided by Lyra-Sha AI / NovaVerse Platform — including the Lyra-Sha AI persona, NovaVerse Platform branding, and all associated creative assets — are the exclusive intellectual property of Ingrid Castillo / NovaVerse Platform. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit written consent.

You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights and licenses to any content you submit or create
• Your content does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property, copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights
• Your content complies with all applicable laws

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms.

Subscription fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are final unless otherwise required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms — including but not limited to violation of this Acceptable Use Policy. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at hello@lyrashaai.com.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lyra-Sha AI / NovaVerse Platform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of — or inability to use — the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
